My PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® no longer works because it is expired or damaged. How do I get a replacement debit card?

To request a new card due to your card being damaged:

  1. Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® on the left side of your Summary page.
  2. Click Replace card under Card Settings.
  3. Confirm your existing address or select Change to update your address.
  4. Click Send replacement card.
Expired Card: Your replacement PayPal Business Debit MasterCard will be automatically sent to your confirmed address in a white PayPal branded envelope. You should receive your new card approximately 30 days prior to your expiration date. Your expiring card will remain active until the last day of the month shown on your card. 

Here’s how to view or update your address:
  1. Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® on the left side of your Summary page.
  2. Click Change next to "Billing Address."
  3. Click Add a new billing address.
  4. Click Add a new address and enter a new address or select the desired address to be your billing address.
  5. Click Done.
Tip: If your address is incorrect, the postal service won’t forward your debit card.
