Buying, selling, and holding cryptocurrencies is not regulated in many states, including the State of California. PayPal, Inc. is licensed to engage in virtual currency business activity by the New York State Department of Financial Services. Buying, selling and holding cryptocurrency with PayPal is not available in Hawaii and where prohibited by law.

INCENTIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) United States, Alaska or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (2) are holders of a U.S. PayPal Balance account in good standing (“Valid Account”) during the Qualification Period (defined below) and through the Reward fulfillment; and (3) receive an authorized email containing the invitation to participate in the offer (eligibility for/those who receive such an email will be determined solely by PayPal). Residents of Hawaii are not eligible to participate.

“Qualification Period”: Starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 25, 2021.

“Qualifying Transaction Period”: Starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2021.

“Redemption Period”: Starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2021.

“Qualifying Transaction(s)”: A Purchase of twenty-five ($25) U.S. dollars (“USD”) or more of any of the four cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash) available, using a Valid Account with PayPal during the Qualifying Transaction Period. The twenty-five ($25) USD amount must be for a single type of coin in a single transaction. A Qualifying Transaction does not include: (1) purchase(s) of cryptocurrency made on servers other than PayPal; (2) purchase(s) of two or more different types of cryptocurrencies equaling twenty-five ($25) USD or more; (3) multiple purchases of one coin equaling twenty-five ($25) USD or more; and (4) PayPal transaction fees.

“Reward”: A twenty-five ($25) USD voucher that will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. The offer will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within approximately five (5) business days of the of the Qualifying Transaction purchase. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account.

“Eligible Purchase(s)”: Purchases made in USD using a Valid Account at U.S. merchants that accept PayPal during the Redemption Period. There is no required minimum spend and must be completed during the Redemption Period. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) purchases made using PayPal.me; (3) PayPal Cash Mastercard^®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard^®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard^®, PayPal Extras Mastercard^®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard^® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (4) Scan/Pay transactions using PayPal’s QR code functionality; (5) purchases of cryptocurrency with PayPal; and (6) PayPal transaction fees.

How to Qualify for the Reward: Eligible Participants must: (1) Click and save the offer during the Qualification Period (limits apply); and (2) make a Qualifying Transaction during the Qualifying Transaction Period. If you don’t have a Valid Account, you will be required to convert your account to a valid account before you make your Qualifying Transaction.

How to Redeem: Once received, activated, and qualified for, the Reward will be applied automatically to the Eligible Participant’s next Eligible Purchase. The Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.

Miscellaneous: A Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfillment to redeem a Reward, as determined in PayPal’s sole discretion. Redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will first refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the money spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, Qualifying Transactions, Eligible Purchases, or offer-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and reverse or delay completion of the Reward. Offer is void where prohibited and if Eligible Participant’s accounts, Qualifying Transactions or Eligible Purchase(s) are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Certain offers may not be transferable. Participation is subject to the PayPal User Agreement and the PayPal Cryptocurrency Terms and Conditions. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
