Why is my logo not appearing in the donation pages?

We recently made some updates to the donation flow experience and as a result, you might not see your logo on your donation page. Please update the URL associated with your donation button to an HTTPS URL.

Here's how to update your logo from the PayPal website:

  1. Go to the PayPal Buttons page.
  2. Click PayPal Buttons.
  3. Click View your saved buttons.
  4. To update the button, click Action and select the Edit button.
  5. Scroll down to 'Step 3: Customize checkout pages'.
  6. Under the 'Advanced Variable' section, you’ll see your current image URL. Please update this to an HTTPS URL.
