Can Payment Security help me if I am self-employed, am a contract employee, or have my hours reduced?

Yes. Job loss and leave of absence benefits depend on your job type. You must have a full-time, year-round job to qualify for full balance cancellation. Seasonal or part-time jobs only qualify for cancellation of up to 6 months of minimum payments.

PayPal Credit takes the stress out of large purchases by giving you the flexibility to buy now and pay over time with No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more.

  • Subject to credit approval. The PayPal Credit Account is issued by Synchrony Bank and is available to US customers who are of legal age in their state of residence.
  • No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within 6 months.
  • A minimum monthly payment is required and may or may not pay off the promotional purchase by the end of the 6-month period.
