*Offer Period: Starts on May 3, 2022 at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 3, 2022 at 11:59pm ET (“Offer Period”).

Eligible Participant: Open only to participants who: (1) are holders of a U.S. business PayPal account in good standing (“Valid Account”) and have opened their Valid Account within the last 90 days preceding the Offer Period or during the Offer Period; (2) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (3) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (if individuals); and (4) receive an authorized email inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive such an email will be determined solely by PayPal) (“Eligible Participant”).

How it works: Eligible Participants must successfully complete the following during the Offer Period to qualify for a Reward (defined below):

  1. Click the link in the Invitation to activate the offer. Eligible Participants may be required to log in to their Valid Account.
  2. Receive a PayPal checkout transaction in USD via the PayPal checkout button that completes during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Action”). Qualifying Actions do not include: (1) send/ receive transactions (neither goods and services nor friends and family are included); (2) any payment received via PayPal QRC functionality; (3) any payment received via a PayPal Here or Zettle by PayPal card reader; (4) any payment made directly with a PayPal-branded debit or credit card that is not made via PayPal checkout; or (5) cross border transactions not in USD.
Miscellaneous: Qualifying Actions are subject to PayPal review and verification. The offer cannot be shared or transferred. Participation is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfilment. PayPal may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the offer. PayPal reserves its rights to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, Qualifying Actions, Reward or offer-related materials or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. Offer is void where prohibited by law, or if Qualifying Actions are not completed through legitimate channels, or if any offer-related materials are fraudulent, defective, tampered with or irregular in any way. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
