The problem for a recent transaction has been resolved. Look at your email or go to the Resolution Center for details on the case or if you need to take any further action.

If the case was found in your favor, you’ll receive a refund. If you paid with your credit card, the refund will be placed there. Please allow for 30 days for the refund to show on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account to make the payment, the money will be refunded there and should be available in 3-4 business days. If your bank wasn't used for the payment, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
