The Payouts API is our solution for PayPal business accounts to make payments to multiple PayPal accounts in a single API call. You can specify the recipients by using their PayPal email addresses, phone numbers, or encrypted PayPal account numbers. To request access to the Payouts API:
- Select Payouts under Pay and Get Paid in your business account dashboard.
- Contact your PayPal Customer Success Manager.
- Contact PayPal Customer Support.
