How do I upload additional information or evidence to resolve a dispute or claim?

To resolve a claim, you may be required to provide additional information or evidence. If you receive an email from us with such request, using a web browser, you can upload your information to the [Resolution Center]( 

Here's how to upload documentation to the Resolution Center:

  1. Go to the Resolution Center.
  2. Click Respond on the case row.
  3. On the case details page, click Respond.
  4. Choose I'd like to submit the requested info.
  5. Submit the required information along with a description.
