How do I report a lost or stolen PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®?

Here's how to report your card as lost or stolen:

  1. Click PayPal Business Debit Mastercard on the left side of your Summary page.
  2. Click Report lost card under Card Settings.
  3. Confirm existing address or select Change and update your address.
  4. Click Replace card.

Important:
  • If you report a lost or stolen card, your existing card will be cancelled at that time in order to avoid unauthorized charges. 
  • If you have not filed a report, but have received a replacement card, you may use your existing card until its expiration date.
  • In order to avoid any interruption in service, we do suggest that you activate your new card right away and securely dispose of the existing card you may have. Please update any merchants or billing preferences with the new card information.
