My PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® no longer works because it is expired or damaged. How do I get a replacement debit card?

Damaged Card: Please call PayPal Debit Mastercard Activation Support and we will help you get a replacement.

Expired Card: Your replacement PayPal Business Debit MasterCard is automatically sent to your confirmed address about 30 days before your cards expiration date. Your card will remain active until the end of the month shown on your card.  Once shipped, the card will take 7-10 business days to arrive and will come in a plain white envelope. If you need to view or update your address, please follow the directions below.

Here’s how to view or update your address:
  1. Click PayPal debit card located under your PayPal balance.
  2. On the left side of the page under Manage my card click Edit address.
  3. Click Add a new billing address.
  4. Enter  your new address and click Confirm address.
Tip: If your address is incorrect, the postal service won’t forward your debit card.
