How do I provide additional information or evidence to help resolve a dispute or claim?
If you received an email asking you to provide additional information you can upload your information to the Resolution Center.
Here's how to upload a document to the Resolution Center:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Respond on the case row.
- On the case details page, click Respond.
- Choose I'd like to submit the requested info.
- Submit the required information along with a description.
