My PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® no longer works because it is damaged. How do I receive a replacement debit card?

Your replacement PayPal Business Debit MasterCard is automatically sent to your confirmed address about 30 days before your cards expiration date. Your card will remain active until the end of the month shown on your card.  Once shipped, the card will take 7-10 business days to arrive and will come in a plain white envelope. . If you need to view or update your address, click here or follow the directions below:

Here’s how to view or update your address:
  1. Click the Profile icon next to “Log Out” and select Profile and settings.
  2. Click My Money.
  3. Click Update next to “PayPal Business Debit MasterCard.”
  4. Click Change and follow the directions to update.
Tip: If your address is incorrect, the postal service won’t forward your debit card.
