How can I resolve my PayPal account negative balance?

In order to resolve the negative balance, please add money to your PayPal account. Here's how:
  1. Click Add money below your PayPal balance.
  2. Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Add.
You can also resolve your negative balance by mailing us a check, money order or cashier's check:
  • Make the payment payable to PayPal Inc.
  • Write your name and email address registered with PayPal on the payment.
  • Send the payment to:

Note:
  • Debit or credit cards are not always available to pay a negative balance.
  • If paying with a bank, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • If sending a check, it will take approximately 7 business days before the funds are credited to your account. If sending a money order, the funds will be credited to your account two days after being deposited in the bank.
