Why can't I create a PayPal Zettle account?

Here are the most common reasons why a registration is denied:

  • The account signatory information doesn’t match the information in the identity check.
  • The address given doesn’t match the address in the identity check.
  • We make a risk assessment for each new business including an identity check. Information obtained in this assessment might prevent us from creating your account.
