How can I resolve a claim filed against me?

After a dispute has been escalated to a claim and is being reviewed by PayPal, we will help you resolve it by presenting you with some options.

To resolve a PayPal claim, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolution Center at the top of the page.
  3. Select Open Cases from the drop-down menu.
  4. Go to the transaction in question, and click Resolve in the Action column.
  5. Select one of the resolution options listed.
  6. Click Continue and follow the instructions.
