Instead of clicking a link in the email, the safe way to reset your password is to open a new browser window, type www.paypal.com and log in to PayPal. Remember, authentic PayPal emails will always include your full name or business name exactly as it is shown on your account. Never share password reset codes with anyone. PayPal will never ask you for this code over the phone or email.
