What is a PayPal Business Profile?
What is a business profile and what are the benefits?
Business profiles enable sellers to have a professional online presence, to help drive sales by making it easier to connect with customers and share their profile and contact information. Your Business Profile includes a
custom, shareable PayPal.biz URL that you can send to your customers to let
them learn about your business and easily send a payment.
When sending a payment request, or invoice, the profile details will automatically appear so that buyers can easily recognize who they are paying, increasing your buyers’ trust and security.
How do I sign up for a business profile?
To sign up for a business profile, simply log into your PayPal business account from the PayPal App and click the ‘Create a business profile’ banner. The basic business account information you provided at account signup will be prepopulated; you will simply need to provide any missing information for your business profile to be published.
Once you have created your business profile, you will see relevant business insights each time you log in through the app. You will have quick access to your weekly sales and other valuable business insights.

How do I manage/share my business profile?
Once you have set up a business profile, you can access it at any time by logging into the PayPal App and selecting the Profile button at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can share your profile via email, SMS, or social media by selecting 'Share.' You can also
access a live preview of how your Business Profile looks publicly at any time by
selecting the option to Preview.
How do I update my business
profile?
Once you have set up a business profile, you can access
it at any time by logging into the PayPal App and selecting the Profile button
at the bottom of the screen. If you need to update the information on your
Business Profile, you may select Description to update your business
description or Contact info and location to update the information that
displays on your profile.
Is there a way to access my business profile from a computer?
Business profiles can be
updated, managed, and shared from both the PayPal app and a computer. To access
your Business Profile from a computer, simply log into your PayPal business
account on the web and click Business Profile under the Pay and Get Paid menu
option.
Can I grant access to the business profile to other users?
Only the primary user will be able to create and edit a business profile.
How do customers find my business profile?
A customer can find a seller’s business profile in three ways:
- Sellers can share a direct link to the profile by navigating to the "profile" tab in the PayPal app and clicking on "Share" from their profile page.
- Buyers will see the business profile details on any invoices that a seller sends. When viewing the invoice, the buyer can click the business name to open that seller's business profile.
- Buyers can search for a business profile within the PayPal app when creating a payment request using the business's name or handle.
Is there a fee to create a business profile?
There is no fee to create a business profile. Transaction fees for
