If you enter incorrect codes 3 times when trying to confirm your bank account, your bank will be deactivated on PayPal for security purposes.

To get your bank account reactivated with PayPal, please Call Customer Service.

You’ll then need to re-add your bank account to your PayPal account and confirm it.
