What are Static Micropayments?

Static Micropayments:
If your account has previously been approved for Static Micropayments and your account isn’t converted to the Dynamic Micropayments setup, then all such transactions processed through your account receive the Micropayments rate, regardless of the transaction amount. As of August 2, 2021, merchants may only apply for the Dynamic Micropayments setup.
