Was my Point of Sale payment approved?

If you're not sure whether a payment has completed, check these suggestions:

  • Did you see the “thank you” message in the app? If yes, then your payment is complete.
  • If the payment is approved, it's displayed in black text in the payments history of your Point of Sale App.
  • If it's canceled or reversed, it will appear in red text.
  • You can ask your customer to check their inbox. If the payment went through and a receipt was sent, there should be an email with information about the payment.

If you cancel a payment, the money may be reserved in your customer’s account.
