How do I change the password for a secondary user?

To change the password for a secondary user:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click Update next to "Manage Users."
  3. Click the User ID for the person whose password you want to update. 
  4. Click Change next to "Password" to update it. 


To require your secondary user to change their password the next time they log in:

  1. Go to Manage Users
  2. Click the User ID for the person who needs to update their password. 
  3. Click Send next to "Force password update."
