Finish linking your card – Security check

If you see an error message when trying to link a card to your PayPal account, here may be the reason:

You need to complete a security check to confirm it’s you.

What to do: Please try to add your card again and then select "Have us call you" on the screen. When you prompt us to call, we’ll show you a code on the next screen. When we call, enter the code on your phone to complete the security check.
