Can I log in to my PayPal account if I have a new email address?

If you’re using a new email address, you can still log in to your PayPal account. You need to log in to your account using your old email address. Then add your new email address, confirm it, and remove the old one.

Here's how to add, edit or remove an email address:

1. Go to Your Profile. The circle with your initials. 
2. Click on Settings: (Gear icon)
3. Click on Account Owner Information 
4. Click on Update next to Email Address 
5. Click on the Add New button, enter your new email address, and click Confirm.

• Verify: PayPal will send a confirmation email; click the link or enter the code to verify it.
• Set as Primary: In the Emails section, next to your new email, select the option to make it primary.
• Remove Old: Once the new one is primary, you can delete the old email by choosing Delete in the dropdown menu.
