How do I cancel my Payflow account?
Please complete
the information below to cancel your Payflow account. The purpose of completing
this cancellation form is to confirm the authenticity of the request and
determine the reason for the cancellation.
If your partner
is with a Payflow partner, reseller, or merchant bank:
Contact your
partner, reseller, or bank directly to cancel your Payflow account.
Partner /
Resellers:
If you’re a
Partner or Reseller and want to cancel your partnership with PayPal, contact
your Channel Account Manager by email at payflowreseller@paypal.com.
If your partner is
PayPal, VeriSign, VSA, or Soltrus:
To cancel your account,
send the below information via email to payflow-support@paypal.com.
Important: The request must be received
from an authorized email address on the account. These are the Primary,
Secondary, or Admin user contact email addresses.

Important Notes:
- PayPal's billing process runs in arrears and is 1 month behind. For this reason, you should expect an additional invoice after you submit the cancellation.
- Cancellations may take up to 7 days to process. If we don’t receive the cancellation request within 5 business days before the close of a month, we may generate charges. These charges will appear in the next month's billing cycle. Please ensure that you submit the cancellation request before this timeframe to avoid additional charges.
- Once we’ve terminated your account, you’ll no longer have access to the PayPal Manager or any account data. If you need access to this data after we’ve completed the cancellation, there will be an additional fee.
