You can't connect to host test-payflow.verisign.com as this endpoint has been deprecated and is no longer valid.
To resolve this error, update your application to either the latest version of the Payflow SDK or the HTTPS interface. Ensure the correct endpoint is being called to post your transactions to the Payflow servers.
