Why did I get API error code 10601?

This error occurs if one of the following API methods is attempted on an expired Authorization:

• DoAuthorization.
• DoCapture.
• DoReauthorization.
• DoVoid.

To resolve it, contact the customer and ask for their payment details again. You can process the transaction manually or cancel the expired order and have the customer submit a new one.
