Why did I get API error code 10566?

API error code 10566 relates to Canadian merchants who don’t accept Canadian-issued Visa Debit payments. When logging into your PayPal account, you should be prompted to opt in for Visa Debit processing. Once you've opted in, you can process Visa Debit transactions immediately.
