What to do if I can’t log into Xoom with my PayPal account?

We can help you remember the email address registered in your PayPal account or reset your password if you already know which email you used.

Follow these steps if you forgot your PayPal login email:  

  1. Go to Having trouble logging in?  
  2. Enter up to three email addresses you may have registered, then click Next  
  3. If we recognize an email address you entered, we'll let you know which one  
  4. Click Continue to log in if you remember your password

To recover your PayPal password on PayPal’s website:   

  1. Go to login
  2. Click Forgot password? 
  3. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and click Next
  4. Choose how you want to complete our security check and click Next.  
  5. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.

To reset your password on the PayPal app: 

  1. Tap Forgot your password? 
  2. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and tap Next
  3. Choose how you want to complete our security check and tap Next.  
  4. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.
