What to do if I can’t log into Xoom with my PayPal account?

We can help you remember the email address registered in your PayPal account or reset your password if you already know which email you used.

Here's how to reset your password if you forgot your email address:

  1. Go to our login.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Click Forgot your email?
  4. Enter up to 3 email addresses you may have used with PayPal and click Next.

If we identify your email address, you can then use it to log in with your password. You can also create a new password if you’ve forgotten it.

To reset your password on the web:

  1. Go to our login.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and click Next.
  4. Choose how you want to complete our security check and click Next.
  5. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.
