What should I do if my account is locked?

Here’s how to find our phone number:

  1. Go to Contact Us.
  2. Choose Call Us near the bottom of the page.
  3. Click call us as a guest to see our phone details.

If your account is locked, it usually means we need some information about your account or recent payments. Please call us and have the following information available to confirm you own the account:

  • Your telephone number.
  • A statement for the credit card or bank account linked to PayPal.
  • The email address you used to register with PayPal.
