What is the PayPal Shipping Center?

The PayPal Shipping Center is a tool that allows you to easily create shipping labels using multiple carriers such as DHL and USPS. You do not have to set up separate shipping accounts, as the PayPal shipping Center gives you access to discounted rates.

You can access the PayPal Shipping Center from your PayPal account.

PayPal Shipping Center is Free with Your Account
Using the PayPal Shipping Center to purchase shipping labels is free. Any charges you may incur always come from a carrier for the purchases of the labels. Any charges you may incur will always come from a carrier and will be processed through your PayPal account.

You will never see separate charges or fees for using the PayPal Shipping Center to purchase your labels.

Available Services
USPS, UPS, and DHL Express are the only carriers supported in the PayPal Shipping Center. You cannot create FedEx labels in the PayPal Shipping Center. All available services will be listed at the time of label creation. Shipping destination, package size, and weight will all impact the available shipping options. In the PayPal Shipping Center, you can compare rates across multiple carriers, get access to discounts off retail prices on shipping rates, and create custom packing slips.

Track a Package
Tracking information is automatically added to the original order transaction after a label is purchased. You can find this by navigating to the order that the label was purchased for. The tracking numbers are highlighted on the Filled Order tab of the Shipping Center home page or the Order Detail page. You can also access the carrier tracking sites from these touchpoints.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If your Ship To address is a P.O. Box, you must select a USPS service when creating your label. UPS and DHL Express do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipments
To create an international shipment in the PayPal Shipping Center, you will follow the same process as creating a domestic shipment and then add a Customs Form to your order. We will require the user to fill out the required customs declarations and automatically submit those forms to the carrier for review.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Transaction Details page for the order that you want to ship.
2. Select the option to Print Shipping label.
3. The first time you choose this option, you must agree to the terms and set up your default shipping location.
4. This will be saved for future use.

Then you're ready to buy your first label!
