What are the daily spending limits, and ATM and over-the-counter withdrawal limits of the PayPal Debit Card?

The PayPal Debit Card has a daily spending limit of $3,000 USD, a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $400 USD, and a daily over-the-counter withdrawal limit of $5,000 USD. The card resets at 12:00 a.m. CST.

Here's how to check your daily limits on the PayPal website:

  1. Go to your Home page and click PayPal Debit Card under the balance.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. You can see the information under Daily limits.

Here's how to check your daily limits on the app:

  1. Go to the Wallet tab.
  2. Tap your PayPal Debit Card.
  3. Tap Manage
  4. Scroll down to the section called Daily limits

Note that the Daily limits sections display the standard limits noted above. They are not dynamically updated to reflect your daily activity.
