We need more information about your case

We need more information from you or the counterparty before we can proceed. Check your email or go to the Resolution Center, to see what steps, if any, you need to take.

If we need additional information or documentation from you, here's how to upload it:

1. In the Resolution Center, click Respond on the case row.
2. On the case details page, click Respond.
3. Choose I'd like to submit the requested info.
4. Submit the required information along with a description.

Please provide the additional information within the timeframe we specify.
