Why is PayPal discontinuing the cash back offering?

How do I earn rewards?

Customers have many ways to earn rewards with PayPal, including when using the PayPal Debit Mastercard® for qualifying purchases, discovering reward offers directly in the PayPal app, shopping with the PayPal Honey browser extension, and more.
