Here's how to request a check on the web (timeframe is 5-10 business days): 

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Transfer Money.
3. Click Request a check by mail (fee applies for PayPal personal accounts without a linked Balance Account).
4. Enter the amount you want to transfer (the minimum is $1.51 USD).
5. Click Next.
6. Review your transfer details, then click Request (amount) Now.
7. Click Done.

Note:

• A $1.50 USD fee applies for PayPal personal accounts without a linked Balance Account., which will be deducted from the amount of the withdrawal. The minimum you can withdraw by check is $1.51 USD. 
• To request a check, you are required to have a verified debit card, credit card, or bank account linked to your PayPal wallet with an address that matches the mailing address for the requested check. We will not send a check to a post office box. We will only send a check to an address once we have confirmed that it belongs to you. After you have requested a withdrawal, you can't cancel it. 
• You can cash or deposit your check. If you don't deposit your check within 180 days of the date it's issued, we'll return the money to your balance. We won't refund the withdrawal fee.
