How do I update my business information/SMI form?
Here’s how to update your business information:
- Go to your Account settings.
- In the Business information section, click Update.
- Click Edit next to "Your business information".
- Enter/Update the required information.
- Click Save.
To add, remove or edit the details of an owner, authorized representative, or company executive, follow steps 1-2 above and then click Add stakeholders roles at the bottom of the page. There is a separate page for each role: Executive info, Authorised Representative and Shareholder info. To move to the next role, click Next at the bottom of the page.
If you need to make changes to a name or remove someone that is not the primary authorised user, you should unselect the role(s) of that individual and add them again if needed.
