How do I send an email receipt to buyers for my Virtual Terminal payments?
For email receipts to be sent, you must include a valid email address in the optional email address field on the Virtual Terminal Order Entry Form.
Here's how to automatically send email receipts for Virtual Terminal from your desktop:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Click Notifications.
- Click Update across from "Notifications."
- Under "Buyer Notifications," select I process a successful Virtual Terminal Transaction.
- Click Save.
