To find and activate your PayPal Debit Card offers in the app:

1. Tap  Wallet.
2. Select your PayPal Debit Card.
3. Tap Explore offers.
4. Select the offer(s) you would like to activate.
5. Tap Activate.

Do I have to activate a PayPal Debit Card offer?

Yes, you’ll need to activate an offer before a qualifying transaction. Any offer(s) you activate will show in the ‘Active Offers’ section within the Cash Back Offers section of the PayPal Debit Card page in the PayPal app.

Are there any limits to the amount of cashback that I can receive?

Certain offers have caps or other restrictions. Each offer is different, so it’s important to review the full terms and conditions for each offer. To do it, click on the offer in the Cash Back Offers section of the PayPal Debit Card page in the PayPal app.

How often will the PayPal Debit Card cashback offers change or be updated?

PayPal will update offers periodically. Please review the Cash Back Offers section of the PayPal Debit Card page in the PayPal app to see all currently available offers.

Are there special terms and conditions for the PayPal Debit Card offers?

Yes, each offer will have its specific terms and conditions. When you click on an offer, the appropriate terms and conditions will be shown specifically for that offer.

Can I save unlimited offers to my account during the offer period?

We won’t limit you to only one offer. You can save as many available offers to your account to be redeemed on a future eligible purchase within the applicable offer period as you want.

When will I receive my cashback?

A pending purchase will show your estimated cashback earned in your activity feed, but the amount isn’t final until the charge is completed by the merchant. Once the transaction is completed, any earned cashback will be automatically applied to your PayPal Balance account. Transactions should complete within 2 days.
