How do I change my shipping address for a transaction?

Once a payment has been sent, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to change it, request a refund from the seller. You will need to initiate another transaction with the correct shipping address included.

How do I select a different shipping address?
When using checkout, review the Shipping Address field for accuracy. If you need to change the ship-to address, click Change and add the address accordingly. You cannot change or update the shipping address after the transaction has been completed.

Keep in mind you can't change your address to another country or region. If you're moving abroad, you'll need to close your existing account and open a new one in your new country and region of residence.
