How do I use my account number and routing number assigned to my business account to make payments?

You can use the account number and routing number to conveniently make one-time or recurring payments for business or commercial purposes using your business account balance.

These payments are set up and authorized on a third-party merchant's website or mobile application and occur over the ACH network. To use this functionality, provide your assigned account number and routing number when prompted for a payment method.

Here's how to find your account number and routing number:

  1. Log in to your PayPal business account.
  2. Click View account and routing number under your available balance.

Payments using your assigned account number and routing number are limited as follows:

  • Maximum per transaction limit: $10,000
  • Maximum daily limit on aggregate amount of all transactions: $10,000
  • Maximum daily limit of 10 transactions per day
  • Payments are not eligible for the PayPal Purchase Protection Program
