How do I contact PayPal customer service?

Message Center

You can message us anytime. Just log in to PayPal, go to your Message Center and choose “New Message.”

To message us on the PayPal app: 

  1. Tap your profile photo. 
  2. Click Message Center
  3. Choose New.

  2. Choose the issue that most closely matches your reason for contacting us. 
  3. If the information you’re shown doesn't answer your question, scroll down.
  4. Depending on the issue and whether or not you’re logged in, you'll see an option to message us, call us, use the PayPal chatbot, or ask the community.
