PayPal may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this offer or these terms.
“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment (“Valid Account”), and (3) receive an email or in app or web banner from PayPal inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal).
Offer Period: Starts the day the Eligible Participant receives the offer Invitation and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT or upon reaching the maximum 15,000 rewards available under this offer, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”).
How it Works: Eligible Participants must; 1) click on the offer Invitation sent via app, web banner, or email to enroll, and 2) complete two (2) purchase transactions for $50 USD or more each, using your Valid Account within fourteen (14) days of enrolling in the offer. Upon successfully completing the above requirements, each Eligible Participant can receive 2,000 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”), which can be redeemed for available rewards (the “Reward”). There is a redemption limit of one (1) Reward (or a max of 2,000 Points) per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. There is a max of 15,000 Rewards available under this offer. This offer ends on May 31, 2026, or when the maximum number of awards available under this offer has been reached. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward Redemption: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview section of their PayPal Account to redeem within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive the Reward. See the “Redeeming Points” section of the PayPal Rewards Agreement for details.
Miscellaneous: Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal Rewards Agreement. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer.
