Terms and Conditions:

  1. The competition will run from 16/07/2021 at 12.00am to 05/08/2021 at 11.59pm UK time (the "Competition Period").
  2. You must be one of the first 10,000 customers to:
    • click on the ‘Enrol Now’ button on the landing page above; and
    • Check out with PayPal and choose ‘Pay in 3’ for anything between £30 - £2000
    • We’ll then give you £5 off your next PayPal buy.
  3. Of those first 10,000 customers referred to at 2., only those who then:
    • Check out with PayPal and choose ‘Pay in 3’ for anything between £30 - £2000; and
    • spend £30 or more on one basket within the Competition Period, using PayPal Pay in 3 as a funding source (a "Qualifying Transaction")
    will be rewarded with £5 off a PayPal transaction (the "Reward").
  4. Once the reward has been allocated to a customer’s PayPal account it will be applied to the first PayPal transaction of £1 or above made by the customer, irrespective of the funding source used. Please be advised that any un-used portion of your £5 reward allocated to your account will expire on the 30th September 2021.
  5. The competition is only open to customers who have a UK PayPal account in good standing.
  6. There is a limit of one Qualifying Transaction per PayPal account.
  7. The Reward is strictly limited to the first 10,000 customers that complete a Qualifying Transaction and is not transferrable.
  8. The Reward cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash.
  9. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, PayPal may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude customers from participating in the competition.
  10. PayPal reserves all rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to, the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and customers submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
