* Research carried out by Ipsos MORI using Capibus, a face-to-face omnibus study in Great Britain interviewing a nationally representative profile of adults 15+ each week. Interviews are conducted in home using CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing) technique. Data are weighted to known population proportions for age, region, social grade and working status within gender as well as household tenure and ethnicity. 1,162 online shoppers aged 18+ interviewed between 1st-10th August 2014 (408 of whom were aged 25-44 and 696 of whom used PayPal). 588 mobile shoppers aged 18+ interviewed between 11th-21st July 2014 and 1,916 GB adults 18+adults aged 18+ interviewed between 18th-28th July 2014.
