Add @mail.paypal.com to your Safe Senders List
To ensure that PayPal emails are delivered to your inbox, please add us to your safe senders list by following the step-by-step instructions below:
Aliyun Email Account
- Log in and click "Settings" at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click on the "Anti-SPAM" and select "Blacklist".
- Click on "Whitelist" and enter @mail.paypal.com
- Click on the check box to ensure the email address is added succesfully.
Gmail Email Account
- In the search bar at the top of the page, click the downward arrow for more options.
- In the "From" field, enter @mail.paypal.com
- Click "Create filter with this search" at the bottom of this dropdown window.
- Choose "Never send it to Spam".
- Click "Create filter".
Moving PayPal emails to your Primary Inbox:
- Go to Promotions tab and open an email from PayPal.
- Click "Labels" at the menu bar.
- Untick the checkbox beside the word Promotions in the dropdown menu then click "Apply".
- Alternatively, go to Promotions tab. Left-click and hold on a PayPal email.
- Drag it from Promotions tab to Primary tab.
- Release the mouse to drop the email into the newly selected tab.
- Once dropped, Gmail displays a pop-up box asking if you want to make this change permanent.
- Click "Yes" to ensure that all emails from the same “From” address will appear in the Primary tab going forward.
NetEase Email Account (163, 126 ...)
- Log in and click "Settings" at the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Click "Preventing junk email/ safe and blocked senders".
- Under "Safe senders" section, click "Sender or domain to mark as safe", enter @mail.paypal.com in the pop-up window and click "Confirm".
- Alternatively, you can log in and type "PayPal" in the Search Box.
- Open an email from PayPal and click "Trusted" on the menu bar.
- Tick the checkbox beside “Sender or domain to mark as safe”, then click “Confirm” in the pop-up window.
Outlook (Windows Live Hotmail) Email Account
- Log in and click the "Settings" icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Choose "More Mail Settings" option.
- Under "Preventing junk email" section, click "Domain to mark as safe".
- Click "Safe senders".
- In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field, enter @mail.paypal.com and click "Add to list".
QQ Email Account
- Log in and click "Settings" at the top of the page.
- Under "Preventing Junk Email" section, click "Domain to mark as safe".
- In the "Domain to mark as safe" field, enter @mail.paypal.com, click "Add to List".
- Alternatively, you can log in to your mailbox and type "PayPal" in the Search Box.
- Open an email from PayPal.
- Tick the checkbox beside the PayPal email - Click “This is not a Junk mail” on the menu bar then click “Confirm” on the pop-up window.
Sina Email Account
- Log in and click "Settings" icons at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click "More Settings".
- Click "Preventing junk email" tab.
- Under "Safe senders" section, click "Sender or domain to mark as safe".
- In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field, enter @mail.paypal.com and click "Add to list".
Sohu Email Account
- Log in and click "Options" at the top of the page.
- Under the "Filter" section, click "Safe senders".
- In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field, enter @mail.paypal.com and click "Confirm".
Yahoo Email Account
- Log in and click the "Settings" icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click "Settings".
- Under "Filters" section, click "Add".
- In the "Sender" field, enter @mail.paypal.com under "Then deliver the email to the following folder" field, choose "Inbox" and click "Save".
Other Email Account
- Click "Options".
- Click "Safe senders".
- Add the Sender's email address to the safe senders list and click "Confirm".
