Why did I get result code 151?

Issue
PayPal returned result code 151.

Causes
The card-issuing bank isn't responding to the processor, the card-issuing bank is unavailable, or the acquiring bank is unavailable.

Solution
Try to submit a new transaction. If the error continues, contact the card-issuing bank to confirm they aren't having any problems, or ask the customer to use a different payment method.
