How do I return Point of Sale hardware?

You have the right to cancel your hardware purchase, without providing any reason, within 30 days from the day the Card Reader is delivered to you. 

Please complete the cancellation form and include it in the package when returning your hardware.

Tips:

• It’s up to you to pay any cost of the return shipping (we recommend shipping options that include tracking)
• The hardware should be returned unused, in its original packaging with any accessories
• Once we’ve received your returned items, the refunded money is returned within 5 working days however, it may take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer
• It’s not possible to return and receive a refund for any Apple products purchased from us
