My withdrawal status shows “Complete” but the money isn’t in my bank account. Why?
A “Complete” status means we’ve already processed your withdrawal request. However, it may still take a few days for your withdrawal amount to appear in your bank account as the bank may need several days to process your request.
If the bank encounters a problem with your withdrawal request, they’ll notify us within 1 week from the time you requested your withdrawal and we’ll contact you by email to inform you of the situation. If the bank is unable to process your request due to incomplete or incorrect information in your withdrawal request, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account (a return fee may apply in this case).
