The Government of India implemented the Goods & Services Tax (GST) effective July 1, 2017. PayPal will apply GST on its services effective from November 1, 2017. If you are registered for GST, it is important that you update your GSTIN details with us at the earliest. If you are a business setup in SEZ, call our customer care to get GST exemption.

It’s easy to get started with PayPal for your business. Firstly, just sign up for an account and that’s all you need whether you do business locally or internationally.

2. Activate & verify your account

Next, you’ll need to activate and verify your account by confirming your email address, completing a KYC Procedure and adding a bank account.

3. Choose how you want to get paid

Once you’re done with that, it’s time to pick a payment solution that’ll best suit your business needs to get paid.

If you have a website, you can get paid with Website Payment Standards or Express Checkout.

If you don’t have a website, you can get paid with Invoicing or PayPal.Me.
