What is PayPal Payouts?
PayPal Payouts are a fast, convenient way for businesses to send money to multiple people simultaneously. You can specify the recipients using their email address, domestic mobile number, or payer ID (a unique identifier assigned to every PayPal account).
Recipients can receive the money in a PayPal account. If they don't have a PayPal account, it's easy to open one.

Payouts is a feature that is not available to all PayPal accounts. It can only be enabled for Business accounts that meet specific criteria.
If you'd like access to the Payouts feature, let us know, and we'll enable it if you meet the specific criteria.

- You can pay recipients in 24 major currencies.
- We usually process your payments within minutes. Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours.
- There's no fee for the recipient, while the sender pays a small transaction fee.
- Payouts can only be funded by your PayPal balance. Your balance must have funds equivalent to the payouts batch submitted, plus the fees required.
- Recipients can receive the money in a
PayPal account. If they don't have a PayPal account, it's easy to open one. If
they do not open an account in 30 days, the funds will be returned to the
sender.
- Individual payments for unregistered recipients can't exceed $20,000 USD or the equivalent in local currency. *
