If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will refund the money spent in excess of the Reward (i.e., the value of the purchase amount less the Reward amount) to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and the Reward will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use subject to these Terms and Conditions (see in particular “Eligible Purchase”definition) by the account holder within the Redemption Period.
